Yes I have seen these discussed here in the past.  (I seem to recall it was
unclear about nullmove.).

My question was is there any quantification of the relative impact of these
differences between DB and modern micros.

I can accept an argument that better search strategies and evaluation can offset
lack of speed, but the issue for me is trying to get a handle on how much.
