I'm not using an engine, just watching at TWIC, and I'd expect Kramnik to clean
this up pretty easily. IMO he has controlled this game quite expertly.
I expect Rebel's 1.50 is the win of either the f or h pawn, + the benefits of
his more versatile Rook.
I could be wrong (it is 2:20am), but I don't think Kramnik is wrong.
