Yes

I wonder why Fritz allowed this pawn endgame

black is losing in any case but at least should not allow this pawn endgame.
It is simple tactics and even Yace only material has no problem to see it.

If yace(only material) can see it in a few minutes then I expect Deep Fritz also
to see it one ply earlier if you consider the fact that Fritz has faster
hardware and better software.
