A nice position for Black, but instead of asking for "the winning move" it's
more interesting to try to find ALL the moves that lead to a victory for Black.

Ruffian likes Qc7 and sees it as a winning line in around 2 minutes on an AMD
1400. 1...a4 and 1...Qb6 probably also lead to the same conclusion. Possibly
other moves also lead to a win.
