When you first boot up, one of the first BIOS messages on-screen tells you what the CPU speed is: For instance, a 1900+ might show as low as 1200Mhz., or as high as about 1800Mhz (depending on how high you want to overclock it). The correct setting for my 1900+ is of course, 1600Mhz. After you know your BIOS settings are appropriate for your CPU, then we can compare your K/s with Fritz7.
