You mean if the difference was of importance for the later development? Well, I
would say that FRITZ had a better game with castling and direct centralizing of
his Rooks too. But beyond that, I'm not arguing for the blunder as the main
reason for the loss in this game. Fritz lost because Kramnik has well understood
the limits of the machine. And then he has all the equipment to handle properly
necessary technique problems. The Bf8 has more a symbolic value as such. Please
