Naturally the version which played is likely not currently freeware what it's
actual rating relevant to Tiger would be who knows.

Assuming your numbers are correct 30 ELO advantage, why would I want to play a
tournament with only 30 ELO advantage when using say a XP 1800 would leave me
with my 100 ELO? Point is simple enough, why go to war with sticks and stones
when Tanks are readily available?.
