I do not think that 120/0 is blitz.
I do not say that ruffian is better than tiger15 and there was not a significant
result to decide.

One possible problem with ponder off is that one of the engines may ponder
because of a bug so I agree that ponder on is better.

Another point is that the time management of one program may be better at 120/0
when the time management of another program is better at 120/40.
