He does not take unnecessary risks, unlike most of the GMs that play these sorts of matches (e.g., Christiansen). He does not blunder much, if ever. He is the best human (much better than Kasparov) to show up the inherent weaknesses in ALL chess programs. I really don't think Fritz is different from the others in this regard. None of them had/has a clue that trading into that endgame was/is a sure way to lose, for example. Surely Deep Fritz 7 is the strongest one out there given multiple CPUs. (With only 1 CPU, perhaps Tiger 15 is a tiny bit stronger.)
