Subject: CM9000 Bug

Hi all, John Merlino,

I came across a CM9000 bug. I'd submit it via normal channels although I've had
less than stellar success with Ubi's tech support, so I'll post it here.

I was playing a game in the gameroom when the blunder feature kicked up because
the move I was going to do was really stupid (it really was, couldn't believe I
didn't see it). At any rate, I believe I clicked "Show me why?" instead of
take-back, once the analysis was done I clicked take back except the move didn't
take back (and it was still my turn).

The move history never shows the move (so there is no logical way that piece
could've ended up there), in fact I tried moving to another location just to see
what would happen. Then, I took back several moves hoping to get to the
pre-messed up position, but the piece just disappeared altogether and I couldn't
get it back.

I have a save of the game from about that time -- if you'd like it, please let
me know including email address... thanks!
Brian
