Sure, that should be possible, but that computers get into that mode to be able
to get a positional understanding of a position, seems improbable. Then it's
more probable that chess will be solved. The point is that positional
understanding depends always on complexity and entirety (German: Ganzheit). And
to repeat a common saying, entirety is more than the sum of the parts.
