I think it depends more on who the human is than which computer is playing.

Kramnik is the perfect human for this task.  His youth, temperment, and chess
style all match up perfectly against a computer.  He is not tempted to take
unncessary risks (like Christiansen did, losing a winning game and thus the
match).

Fritz or any modern program on fast hardware will always be able to win games
against GMs.  But I also think GMs will also be able to win at least some games
against all computers for decades to come.
