Apparently, you haven't looked very hard. Have you noticed the interest IBM has taken in Linux? You can get DB/2 for Linux. Borland, Fujitsu and Intel make commercial compilers for Linux. Several commercial packages here: http://linas.org/linux/ The company I work for sells commercial Linux products.
