Hi John,

Yes, I realize it appears pointless, but 'on the side' I've been reading up on
using winboard engines, how different engines compare, etc.  Specifically I was
going to put Fritz against CM, and other engines.  But as a first step, I
thought I'd take the King and make it play itself.  The idea being that the
Import should be able to at least draw itself.  It seemed like a good starting
place, and would help me figure out what settings affect engine performance.
Obviously, I got something wrong off the start.

If I didn't learn this, I'd make a mistake in say importing the King into Fritz
with a winboard Converter, and ultimately get incorrect results.
