You miss the point. Without looking at the games and Ruffians book and Fritz
7.ctg, it seems to be something you don't understand. These new moves in the
current book were NOT added by PGN but were added as either direct input from
Fritz 7.ctg or by direct input after analysis by the author.

In either case the statement by the author Per-Ola Valfridsson (Ruffian):
"I haven't spent any time to create an opening book for Ruffian. The opening
book is automatically generated from a rather small pgn file. It has not been
customized for Ruffian. "..........Is not true.
