I believe that they still could play in better conditions. I do not think that kramnik was going to say no for similiar conditions without getting the program and with the right for chessbase to change the program between case and in case that he says no there are other super GM's who are going to play instead of him. Maybe they simply do not believe that they had a chance to win so they prefered to accept the conditions so they have excuses when they lose. Uri Uri
