Hi Bob: Then, I only can give you my admiration and wonder. Your stuff is very scarce these days, you are a kind of lovely dynosaur. Money is all, science and fun is nothing. Nevertheles, I believe that in the long time you are right because, how much money can be got, anyway, with chess computers? I bet that I earn in a week as TV, radio, magazine etc journalist -well, I am a famous one in my country- more than many commercial programmer earns in a year. So, in fact, if stupidity should be alloted, I think you would not be the chosen one. You stay pure, you stay respected, you keep the fun, the glory, your scientific and real work and all that just rejecting to earn a couple of miserable bucks. On the contrary, talented programmers lose -maybe, maybe- his real an important scientifics goals in order to get, next year, the great commercial breaktrought of his lives. I have always thought that the path of money tends to be ilusion and a losing one as much only pleasures of the mind are real, durable, joyfull. To programnm the XX version of Crafty as a gift for us or lessoning the 98 simphony by Haynd is a lot better than getting 1500 dollars a year selling 15 programs after so much pain. Best regards fernando
