In my experience, service from Rebel has always been very quick, so this just sounds like a very atypical experience to me :) IIRC, it used to be so that when ordering from Rebel you would get a page 'If you see this, it means your order is received. You will not get further confirmation' or something like that. I guess that person simply didn't bother to read it and then didn't understand why nothing else arrived. -- GCP
