Not nearly all the advantages.

All the advantage a human could hope for would include having the same program
many months ahead (but Deep Fritz 7 only existed for a few weeks before the
match), having the same hardware many months ahead (not so in this case) and
having the same opening book many months ahead (but Kramnik did not have it at
all).
