The one who feels offended (or to whom the offensive words are directed) can take the trouble to write to the moderators. I think it would be asking too much, to expect the moderators read every single post and act upon it. Also IMO, the charter is a "general guideline", a little bit of "common sense" and "maturity" are expected from the members. cheers, pavs
