I suspect you are right. The service is so confusing that people must say the heck with it and fire up Fritz 7 or Hiarcs 8 and play on playchess.com. If UbiSoft would make a manual (not just a cheesy FAQ that doesn't answer many of the questions anyway), that might help. Better yet: re-engineer the entire user interface (not CM9000, just the ubi.com piece) to make it much more intuitive.
