Hi, I'm starting a tourney between top engines at game in 30 on my p4 2.4 ghz machine with 512 ram (128 mb hash), Ponder off, and using Hiarcs.ctg. The participants are: 1) Chess Tiger 14.0 2) Gambit Tiger 2.0 3) Fritz 7 4) Junior 7 5) Hiarcs 7.32 6) Nimzo 8 7) Shredder 6.02 8) Crafty 18.15 Each engine will play others 8 times. SO far the results are: Round 1 Chess Tiger 14 (+3 =3 -1)= 5 Crafy 18.15 (+1 =3 -3)= 3 Gambit Tiger 2 (+3 =2 -3) = 4 Shredder 6.02 (+3 =2 -3) = 4 Fritz 7 (+7 =0 -1) = 7 Nimzo 8 (+1 =0 -7) = 1 Hiarcs 7.32 (+4 =3 -1) = 5.5 Junior 7 (+1 =3 -4) = 2.5 Round 2 Shredder 6.02 (+3 =3 -2) = 4.5 Tiger 14 (+2 =3 -3) = 3.5 Email me for all the games.
