Subject: today's Fritz/Kramnik game

I'm not much of a conspiracy theory type person. So let's assume, for a
moment, that today's loss was nothing more than a big blunder. So Kramnik is
human. We know that already.

My take is that Kramnik will shrug this loss off with no problem. Unlike the
commentors of "chessFM" (who, by the way, provide excellent coverage of this
match), I do not see any psychological issues with this loss.

Kramnik still has a clear lead. He has white pieces for two more games. It
is going to be no big deal for him. Besides, even if he did "lose the
match"--which he won't-- he still goes home 700 thousand dollars richer. A
million bucks are not on the line...as commentators would have you believe.
Only $300,000.
