No, it just means that Vincent won't take the match serious at all now.

"Kramnik played at 2000 level" is the next thing I expect to see from him.

Remember, he said that Kramnik would win "chanceless" (whatever that means)
as "he will not play like patzer Kasparov played in the 1997 match."
