That is pure crap.  Humans make mistakes.  The best car drivers run off the
road from time to time.  The best pilots in the world make mistakes.  That is
simply a human characteristic you can bet the house on and not worry about
losing...

It just happens.  And no amount of preparation, interest, or concentration will
prevent it 100%.
