Subject: Compiling Warning

While compiling I get the following warning ... Is this something i need to
worry about. If so how can i fix it?

c:\Crafty\iterate.c(209): warning #167: argument of type "void *" is
incompatible with parameter of type "unsigned int (__stdcall *)(void *)"
          tfork(pt,ThreadInit,proc);
