Ask Kasparov and Karpov to swear on their mothers grave that they have't been
paid by computer chess companies to not play at their full strength when playing
matches against computers and I bet they would not be prepared to answer the
question. Soviet chess players are noted for throwing games for cash, just ask
any chess historian.
