Not exactly true. While the MAJOR difference between CMUtz and the default is
the change from SS=9 to SS=12, Johan has commented that changing MyQueen from
9.0 to 9.1 might also be significant, as it may help to prevent unnecessary (or
poor) queen trades. However, he feels that the other two changes (to mobility
and control of center) are insignificant.

But, you are definitely correct about one thing, and every test I have seen has
borne this out -- these settings are ONLY good for long time controls. They are
much worse than the default at blitz (or possibly anything faster than G/30,
depending on hardware).
