You need at LEAST a 450W ATX AMD-approved PSU. I recommend you go higher than
450W for best stability. If you look at the AMD forums you'll see half the
problems with AMD mobo's are caused by insufficient power supplies, the other
half by incompatible memory. I have a dual Athlon 1600 XP and I get by with 450W
but for many others this wasn't enough. Good luck
