It was [and will never be] my interest to have a good setting for blitz games.
Humans have whatever setting is used no chance in blitz games and it is still my
opinion that blitz games between computer programs is more or less a waste of
time [view from the point of chess quality]. No chess program has ever tied
first place at SSDF without being outstandingly strong at longer time controls
(Hiarcs, Shredder). And if you know these facts, why not use

- CM9 default (or other setting) for blitz games
- CM9_Utz12n for games at longer time controls

By the way, we are already testing new settings that could even be stronger than
CM9_Utz12n. Results in 4-6 weeks after playing 300 and more games at 40'/40.
