I'm a little confused by the above message. Does it mean that you have tried
installing it on four computers? What do the four numbers mean?

There is definitely no virus problem with Chessmaster 9000, although anti-virus
software MIGHT hiccup on the copy-protection scheme that is used on the CDs.

On item #4, what does "reports of computer locking up" mean? Is this something
that YOU personally are experiencing, or are you just trying to find out what
problems other people are having?

Please rephrase/clarify.
