The 4 numbers  is the info gathered so far.      Installation was not sucessful
on the FIRST computer   and that's where I need a solution.

The SECOND computer installed CM9000 successfully  but my dad claims that the
computer as been locking up since installation.     The only thing I know is
that the computer constantly slows down   with or without Chessmaster.

I may need to talk to you via AOL, if it's okay with you.
