TPRs are _meaningless_ for a match.  Neither the DB matches nor the DF match can
produce
a valid TPR.  For many obvious reasons...

The reason is the floor rating.  IF you use the +/- 200 formula, then one player
could lose
8-0 and only be 200 points lower than the winner.  That's wrong because a 6-2
score would
suggest a 400 point difference.  If you use the +/- 400 formula, you have the
same problem
although it is a more accurate estimate for a match...
