you gotta love the last sentance - great spin !

"The contest -- postponed last year following the Sept. 11 attacks -- is a
sequel to Gary Kasparov's 1997 defeat by the supercomputer Deep Blue in New
York."

Of course it's not true - but once it was published it became TRUE (to at least
millions of uninformed readers) - the spim masters - you gotta love them.  How
about it -- Fritz is riding on the coattails of IBM 's Deep Blue ...
