I run two 1900 Athlon's (single CPU each), on 250 watts ps's. They're stable, but each has only 1 hard drive, sound card, modem, CD ROM, and 512Meg RAM. I suggest you look at 500 watts as a reasonable starting point, and go up from there for multiple hard drives, etc. Chess tournaments, particularly, will require extra wattage for multiple drive access of EGTB's, and 100% usage from both CPU's, simultaneously.
