I know it but I believe that everything that is done is not done well and if
there is going to be a motivation of big money for software that is done well
then you may see software done well that is 200 elo better than the software of
today in less than 2 years.

A prize of 10M$ for the best software and 5M$ for the seond best can be a big
motivation for people with the right talent who do not develop chess programs.
