However, I do remember a post from Dann to you that said something to the equivalent of "the horse has left the barn" (well, actually, it was probably nothing like that, but I'm sure you and Dann remember the message). So, I suspected that Dann had bought you a copy of CM in exchange for something, or perhaps simply out of the goodness of his soul because he is such a great guy. :-) Either way, I'm very glad that you have gotten a copy, and I hope that you are very much enjoying it. I will ask my wife if she feels that she has anything else good enough to send to you. jm
