For Win98 you can select between "conservative" and "normal". Conservative is what we expect, like for Linux: the OS starts swapping when most RAM is used. For Win98 the strategy can be changed in the System.ini file. Perhaps for Win2000 it's similar? Is there still a System.ini file?? Or try Google with the keywords I used here. Alessandro
