You cannot create opening books at this time.

There is also the problem that in the current version the opening book size is
limited to 64Kb, due to some limitation in PalmOS.

I'm working to bypass this limitation. So in the future Chess Tiger for Palm
will be able to use unlimited size opening books. Probably in the next version
but I cannot guarantee it.

One thing this is certain is that the next version (Chess Tiger 15.0 for Palm)
will allow you to use hash tables of unlimited size (actually up to 12Mb, vs
48Kb in the current version). This is already working.
