JW a couple of things crossed my mind on your post. I have a hunch you play
blitz, which is the usualy deal there. That being the case I dont think None of
the Chess Tigers have been world beaters at blitz, which I do not think
Christophe gets too upset about.

Try some long time control such as SSDF employs, you may see a different result,
maybe not I dont know.

Secondly I know Christophe has always said "as much hash as possible", but my
experience with Fritz et all Engines that is not best in blitz. example in game
5/0 with Fritz my experience with all Fritz's is hash of 32 or even perhaps 15
megs. It is my opinion that Tiger 14 plays 5/0 best with hash around these
values although Christophe may say otherwise and he ought to know, but I have
spend many of games there with TG14 and that is my impression.
