I think that Kramnik should not get a rematch unless Fritz is able to beat
smirin.

4 different chess programs failed to do it in faster time control and smirin
beated them 5-3

Fritz had better hardware and may be better but longer time control also is
supposed to help humans more than computers.

Smirin seems to be a favourite to win a match against Fritz 120/40 and Kramnik
should be punished for not winning by not getting another match unless other
humans fail to beat Fritz.
