I used the definition of a "tactical move" as it is used in chess. Nothing else.
I made examples of threats to pieces (meat on the bones). Nothing more or less.

You know, the code I cited was not intended to be a summary of Don Beal's paper.
It was just an explanation of pessimistic view in qsearch to Tomar. I realized
that he didn't understand my words about that (null-move). Therefore I explained
by using code.

You can find Don Beal's paper in Artificial Intelligence, Volume 43, Number 1:

I don't know if there is a digital version online.
