Hi. Out of curiousity, what is WBEC qualify?

I messed with monsoon until it liked Qe5 here by tuning it's eval. For me, this
was a helpful position in the line after Qe5:

[D}4rr2/pp4k1/2p2np1/3np3/8/2NB1P1R/PPP3P1/2KR4 w - - 2 2

Originally monsoon was unhappy with black's rooks because of poor mobility. But
they control the entire back rank and really have pretty good mobility. So I
changed my rook mobility function to make same-color rooks "invisible" to each
other so they don't interfere with mobility counts.

I did some minor tweaking of the B vs N code here... I think the N on d5 is very
strong, stronger than monsoon gave it credit for.

The last thing I'd like to do here is scale back the "open file" bonus for the
white rook on d1. It's really not an open file with the strong black N at d5...
not to mention the "in the way" bishop at d3. I'm still thinking about how to
do this type of assessment quickly.

Thanks for the position, Will. For the record here's monsoon's line at present.
Still takes to depth 11, but I'm still working on this a bit.
