MemTurbo is a terrific tool. Using Win98SE I found that I only needed to reboot
every week or two. But MemTurbo cannot recover all lost RAM. The only way to get
your resources back up to the level you want it is to reboot just before you run
your important programs. Be aware that Adware/Spyware can bring your computer's
performance down to a crawl. Make sure you're not running software of this type
in the background.
