Pierre Bourget points to http://cf.geocities.com/lescarbot/

a v comprehensive collection of 202 games (cbh, not pgn - but pgn can be
arranged).

I haven't checked this against the excellent pgn of 172 games sent by Chris
Carson, yet - but have no reason to think there are errors. Carson doesn't have
the 9 ACM games before the Boston US Open games of 1988.

Both Carson and 'lescarbot' only have 9/10/12 of what was presumably 12+ games
in the Boston US Open. I have no source for the complete set yet.

Similarly, I haven't checked the Pitt collection but got the impression that it
wasn't as well organised as I'd hoped. Maybe I didn't walk up to it in the best
way.

I am polishing some of the dates and event-titles, checking against "Beyond Deep
Blue" etc and recalling the book/people sources around this history.
