I have a very old copy.  Kinda worn.  But DEFINITELY obsolete.  Nice for
historical reference.  It was good when it was written.  Too much water over the
dam since then.  I look at it every now and then just as a reminder that so much
has happened since it was written.

It would be really nice if someone knowledgable here at CCC [not me] would
update that book or write a modern replacement for it.  Maybe Levy could be
talked into doing so if he's still alive.  He probably would need a little help!

A modern version would be useful to anyone interested in the topic.
