It took me *ages* to get the EGTB support working - it's extremely fiddly.  The
most important problem is setting up the board layout properly - it's not at all
easy to do, and it needs to be in exactly the right format.

You and just about everybody else.  Nalimov's code isn't exactly readable ;)

I think that I took the egtb.c file direct without modification.  If anyone
knows any way of reducing it in size then that wuld be useful ;)
