I just finished reading all the bulletins about quiescence search with much fascination. Have not yet obtained the Beal document but will make an attempt to get it. Exactly two thirds [:)] of the material went right over the top of my head. Maybe that's because I have not read the earlier threads, now archived? Anyway, my question is: Would it make sense to modify this procedure so that valid sacrifical ideas would be identified and evaluated properly? If so, what mods would you try? Bob D.
