I downloaded Ruffian from the above site as a zipped file.  I then followed the
instructions in the Ruffian read me file to download winboard from
http://www.tim-mann.org/chess.html and then unpacked ruffian into my WinBoard
directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\Winboard\ruffian.  But then when I tried to add
Ruffian to my winboard.ini file, I couldn't find the winboard.ini file using
Find File.  I'm not sure what to try next. does the winboard.ini file go by a
different name?  Do I have to do something special to download that .ini file
from Tim Mann's site? Or what???

So close, and yet so far away!
