Not really, but the fact that a CSTal suggests such a speculative shot for more
than 5 minutes indicate the level of 'human-ness' of CSTAL.
I do not know however if any other program would even suggest Nxf7.
The only other program I know with such high levels of speculation is Junior 7.
See for yourself Junior 7 suggest Kasparov's Rxd5!!! (no other program can even
suggest the move!) and stick to it, in his widely known game Kasparov-Topalov (i
am sorry I do not know the year or place)...or even many of  Petrosian's curious
moves.
